As a part-time temporary Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the founder of a hospitality start-up in D.C. From building the CRM and systems to creating processes, marketing materials, and email marketing funnels, you’ll be at the forefront of the building of this start-up. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical skills, who’s driven, thrives in a small start-up environment, and desires to be part of something big.

Key Responsibilities: Build out CRM and systems from scratch along with relevant processes. Build out marketing and email marketing funnels. Create short marketing videos and other materials for use online and on social media. Support networking and business development activities through research, outreach, and engagement. Assist in creating a micro website. Provide general marketing support with various tasks and take on new responsibilities as needed. Provide general administrative support as needed.

What We’re Looking For: Tech-savvy. You are proficient to advanced in Kajabi, HubSpot, or similar programs, along with CapCut and social media platforms. Proven. You have demonstrated working experience in building out a CRM and systems. Detail-oriented. You catch the small things that make a big difference. Engaging and hands-on. You enjoy contributing to meaningful projects.
