Our mission is to “Inspire a community of kindness through a revolutionary coffee experience.” The New Stand Growth (NSG) Marketing Manager will play a key role in bringing this mission to life by developing innovative events, scalable programs, and streamlined processes that empower our franchisees to authentically connect with their communities. Through creativity, strategy, and collaboration, this role ensures every new stand opens with energy, purpose, and a lasting impression.
An NSG Marketing Manager at 7 Brew Coffee is a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for storytelling, community engagement, and brand activation. This individual will be responsible for elevating our presence in each new market through impactful marketing campaigns, attention-grabbing creative, and meaningful local experiences. They’ll collaborate cross-functionally with franchisees, operations, design, and leadership teams to ensure each new stand opening delivers on the 7 Brew promise of energy, kindness, and culture. This role reports to the NSG Marketing Director and will also interface regularly with our creative team to deliver high-quality content and event assets that reflect 7 Brew’s identity and voice.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and grand opening plans to support successful new stand launches.
Conduct in-depth analysis of new and existing markets to identify target audiences and assess the competitive landscape.
Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, grassroots, and traditional channels that support franchise growth and drive customer traffic.
Partner with the internal creative team to develop on-brand promotional materials and visual assets tailored to each market.
Plan, promote, and execute local events that drive awareness and engagement.
Manage marketing budgets for each NSO to ensure spend efficiency and measurable return on investment.
Track campaign and event performance, gather insights, and deliver wrap reports that highlight key metrics, learnings, and optimization opportunities.
Serve as the marketing point of contact for franchise partners throughout the NSO process, offering clear guidance, tools, and resources.
Stay ahead of industry and cultural trends to infuse fresh ideas and continuously improve the NSG marketing playbook.
Skills and Qualifications
Relocation to NW Arkansas is mandatory
(if you are not willing to relocate to Northwest Arkansas, please do not apply).
5+ years of experience
in marketing new openings, preferably in a multi-unit retail, franchise, or QSR environment.
Demonstrated success in launching new business locations, products, or campaigns from strategy through execution.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines and stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative thinker with a data‑driven mindset and a passion for building community through brand storytelling.
Proven ability to plan, promote, and execute successful local or regional events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high‑growth environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
