Job Responsibilities:
Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients
Schedule appointments with clients requesting benefits
Present and explain insurance products and benefits over Zoom
Complete insurance applications
Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance skills
Sell and upsell insurance products to new and existing clients
Assist with tasks required by underwriters for client approval
