One of our clients, a growing agency specializing in consumer facing healthcare and wellness, is hiring a Senior Account Executive to support their expanding portfolio in beauty, aesthetics and wellness. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative, fast paced environment and understands how to build campaigns that connect with modern consumers. The SAE will serve as a key day-to-day contact for clients, helping to manage integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, print and experiential channels. Key Responsibilities Client Partnership Act as a trusted point of contact for client teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution Support strategic planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches and seasonal initiatives Lead client status meetings and manage feedback loops Project Management Oversee timelines, budgets and deliverables across multiple workstreams Collaborate with internal teams including creative, strategy, production and media to ensure alignment and quality Manage approvals and ensure all work meets brand standards Brand Stewardship Maintain deep knowledge of the client's brand, competitive landscape and category trends Ensure all communications reflect brand voice, positioning and aesthetic Contribute to campaign performance tracking and reporting Team Collaboration Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, proactive culture Support new business and organic growth opportunities as needed Requirements 2 to 4 years of agency experience in account management, ideally within beauty, aesthetics, wellness or consumer healthcare Strong understanding of integrated marketing including digital and social Excellent communication, organization and client service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Passion for consumer brands and storytelling Experience with skincare, cosmetic, wellness or lifestyle brands Familiarity with influencer marketing, paid media and content strategy Exposure to regulated consumer healthcare such as OTC or derm aesthetics is a plus EOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
