The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with Lenel OnGuard, Genetec Security Desk, and ServiceNow, enabling them to translate complex technical concepts into user‑friendly content for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Required Qualifications 3–7 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably within physical security systems, IT, or enterprise software. Strong understanding and practical experience with: Lenel OnGuard (access levels, badge management, system administration, event monitoring) Genetec Security Desk (video monitoring, analytics, configurations) ServiceNow (incident, change, request workflows) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously. Proficiency with documentation tools (MS Office, Confluence, Visio, SnagIt, etc.).
