What You’ll Do As a Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our store, inspiring a top‑notch sales team to crush goals, delight customers, and drive profitability. You’ll coach, mentor, and lead by example, bringing the latest entertainment and mobility products to life in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
Your Key Responsibilities

Build Your Squad: Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including tough calls when needed
Run the Show: Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance like a pro

Wow Customers: Jump in to support transactions and create memorable experiences
Onboard with Ease: Partner with trainers to welcome and train new hires

Bring Your Energy: Work 45‑50 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Get Hands‑On: Lift up to 25 pounds when needed
What You Bring
2+ years of sales management experience with a knack for leading teams
A proven track record of smashing sales goals and delivering top‑tier customer service
Stellar communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
Comfort with tech—think computers, wireless devices, and more!
Fluent in English as well as Spanish
