hands‑on and strategic Social Media Manager
to lead, grow, and engage online communities for a
Christian, faith‑driven personal development and consulting organization . This role is rooted in Biblical principles and Christ‑centered storytelling. About the Role As our Social Media Manager, you will steward the online presence of multiple Christian brands, including executive faith‑based personal brands. This role
directly involves creating and promoting Christian faith‑based content, messaging, and Biblical principles across all social media channels.
You’ll manage day‑to‑day posting, shape our storytelling, and drive community engagement for audiences seeking spiritual growth and leadership development through a Christian lens.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Faith‑Aligned Storytelling
Develop viral, shareable content that drives engagement and expands the reach of messaging.
Create and publish content for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
Maintain a consistent Christ‑centered voice, message, and visual identity.
Produce photo, video, and written content that inspires, encourages, and reflects Biblical truth.
Social Media Growth & Community Engagement
Manage daily posting and community interaction across all platforms.
Develop platform‑specific strategies to grow Christian audiences and deepen engagement.
Collaborate with Christian influencers, ministry partners, and faith‑based communities to expand reach.
Plan and execute campaigns supporting launches, events, and initiatives grounded in Christian mission.
Use trends, insights, and creative experimentation to strengthen impact.
Drive organic growth with a focus on relationship‑building, discipleship‑minded content, and authentic engagement.
Track KPIs, engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
Analyze data and provide clear recommendations rooted in both mission impact and strategic growth.
Who You Are
3–7 years of hands‑on social media, content creation, or digital marketing experience.
Proven success growing accounts and producing high‑engagement content.
A strong portfolio showcasing impactful storytelling and creative execution.
Ability to work independently and manage freelancers or interns when needed.
Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
Passionate about Christian ministry, faith‑based personal development, and using digital content as a tool for impact.
