Digital Marketing Strategist

to lead the strategy and day-to-day optimization of our cross‑channel digital marketing engine across programmatic/retail media, social media, email, website, and digital co‑op with brick‑and‑mortar partners. This position pays: $90,000 - $115,000/year

A Day in The Life of A Digital Marketing Strategist

Build and execute full‑funnel plans across Google PPC/Shopping/YouTube, Amazon DSP and sponsored ads, Meta/TikTok, email and digital retail media, ensuring channel relevant metrics (CAC, ROAS, NTB%, CVR, AOV) support business goals

Serve a key role in brand marketing responsibilities collaborating with internal stakeholders and agency partners to optimize campaigns, increase ROAS and drive sales, with the top priority being Amazon

Lead and execute owned social strategy and provide support for the website, blogs and email initiatives

Develop and manage effective holistic paid media strategies including search, programmatic and retail media, social advertising channels, and partnerships with influencers and organizations aligned with the brand and business objectives

Research and identify target audiences, personas and customer journey stages and leverage these to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives

Identify key market trends, new opportunities, potential challenges and solutions to drive business

Establish digital marketing KPIs, track results, report on performance and leverage data to inform future strategy

Assist in developing, managing and reporting on digital marketing budgets. Provide direction to internal and external stakeholders to drive profitable growth, focusing on key metrics such as: ROAS, ACOS, CLTV, CAC, CPM, CPC

Ensure DSHEA‑complaint (FDA) copy, platform policy adherence and follow FTC advertising guidance

Lead strategies to leverage AI tools and build brand visibility in LLMs

You will work a set schedule of Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

Hybrid option available for local candidates; remote option available for non‑local candidates. Our US office is located in Monroe, WA

What We're Looking for From You

Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing, Communications or similar

Minimum 7 years’ of strategic and tactical experience in digital marketing, preferably within the CPG industry, particularly focused on Amazon, Google, TikTok and Instagram. Brand side experience preferred

Demonstrated experience developing and managing effective holistic paid media strategies spanning search (Google Ads/PPC), programmatic and retail media (Amazon DSP) and social advertising channels

Influencer/affiliate experience including discovery, briefing, negotiations and performance tracking

Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook and SharePoint) required

AI experience with leveraging tools and brand building in LLMs is highly desirable
