Regional Growth Marketing Manager (Software Solution)

Responsibilities
Develop region‑specific go‑to‑market strategies that accelerate awareness and demand in partnership with business units and sales channels.
Coordinate with global teams to develop, deploy, and optimize regional‑focused campaigns.
Create regional‑specific collateral to accelerate new customer acquisition.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities and convert them into tactical marketing and sales programs.
Provide regional customer insights to product management, R&D, applications, and sales teams to advise the product roadmap.
Collaborate closely with region/country senior management to align sales and marketing functions and capture business opportunities.
Serve as a point of contact with customers, generating new customers and maintaining current customers for future sales.
Develop ideas and strategies for inbound marketing initiatives to meet regional market goals.
Report to the Global Marketing Manager on initiatives, campaigns, and KPIs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least 5 years of regional B2B marketing experience.
Ability to provide creative ideas to improve inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
Outstanding skills in building rapport with clients and generating marketing and sales leads.
Deep understanding of cultural norms and regional nuances of the target market.
Excellent ability to juggle multiple deadline‑oriented projects, handle interruptions, and adapt to changing tasks.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Effective management of partner expectations and use of influence to design and deploy regional marketing strategies.
Ability to translate and effectively communicate market insights into actionable plans.
Ability to identify regional market opportunities across the breadth of our product portfolio.
Hiring Condition Successful completion of background checking will be required as a condition of hire.
