About the Role We are looking for a Product Marketing Associate to join a small Thought Leadership and Product Marketing team within the Marketing Department. As a Product Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role by creating high-quality marketing materials, conducting research and analytics, and engaging with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include developing compelling product narratives, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials while leveraging digital tools to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain product marketing collateral, guiding updates through the approval process and ensuring materials are adapted appropriately for international audiences
Collaborate with marketing colleagues and internal creative teams to develop and activate product content via web, e-mail, virtual events, and more
Manage the product marketing team’s calendar of marketing plans and tactics
Ensure flawless execution of all marketing activity across channels
Partner with sales teams to collect feedback, and refine marketing deliverables
Contribute to cross-product marketing efforts and/or special projects
Write / edit clean, accurate, engaging content to meet recurring and ad hoc needs
Collaborate with portfolio managers and sales to identify latest thinking and investment ideas as well as market and industry trends and investor appetite
Qualifications Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
4+ years in a marketing role, ideally in financial services or asset management.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Strong analytical abilities, experience with market research and data analysis, and excellent organizational and project management capabilities
Experience producing effective and compliant financial content for marketing
Knowledge and Skills
Understanding of investment management concepts, including macroeconomics, financial markets, investment products, and asset management
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly in writing and in person
Ability to take initiative, own areas of responsibility, independently manage a full workload, and respond to shifting priorities
Strong work ethic, including willingness to go above and beyond to produce timely, polished materials to meet tight deadlines and manage heavy workloads as needed.
Demonstrated preference for a highly collaborative, unstructured environment with an emphasis on teamwork, respect for others, and expectation that everyone pulls their weight
Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this position is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. It is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. It also participates in the Firm's 401(k) and Profit-Sharing Plan. The Firm's comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, along with short and long-term disability insurance coverage. In addition, the Firm offers paid time off programs, free corporate gym access, subsidized in-office lunch options, and various employee discounts/perks programs.
