Job Summary As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on B2C strategies. You will leverage your expertise in content marketing, paid media, SEO, email marketing, and analytics to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Your role will involve both strategic planning and hands‑on implementation to ensure marketing objectives align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive B2C digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Manage and optimize multi‑channel campaigns, including paid search (PPC), social media advertising, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth within the B2C landscape.
Create and oversee content marketing strategies, including blog posts, social media content, and video marketing, tailored for consumer audiences.
Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
Implement and monitor A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates and enhance customer experiences.
Work collaboratively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
Manage and optimize website performance, UX, and CRO initiatives with a focus on B2C engagement.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, execution, and analysis, with a strong emphasis on B2C marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Suite, and other digital advertising platforms.
Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and on‑page/off‑page optimization techniques.
Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
