About the Role As Kaiko’s Editorial and Communications Manager, you will be the pen and voice of Kaiko, bridging marketing and research to shape the company’s external communications. You’ll lead press and media relations, manage corporate messaging, and act as the editor and storyteller behind Kaiko’s most strategic content. Working closely with our research analysts and marketing team, you will transform complex data insights and corporate milestones into compelling narratives that capture global attention.

Your Responsibilities

Public relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media outlets.

Pitch Kaiko’s data‑driven stories to secure impactful and accurate coverage.

Prepare and distribute press materials aligned with Kaiko’s strategic priorities.

Support Kaiko’s leadership with interview preparation and media engagement.

Communications Management

Shape Kaiko’s external narrative and oversee its execution across all channels.

Ghostwrite articles, commentary, and op‑eds for Kaiko’s leadership.

Editorial & Copywriting

Edit and refine research, press, and thought‑leadership content for quality and coherence.

Maintain editorial standards and oversee reviews for all external‑facing content.

Research Leverage

Partner with Kaiko’s research team to identify and amplify key data‑driven insights.

Repurpose research into impactful PR and marketing materials for broader reach.

Public Representation & Personal Branding

Represent Kaiko in interviews, podcasts, and webinars as a credible market expert.

Support Kaiko’s leadership in public speaking and thought‑leadership opportunities.

Build and nurture your own thought‑leadership presence to expand Kaiko’s visibility.

About You – Must Have

Native‑level fluency in spoken and written English.

Proven experience in crypto and/or financial journalism as a reporter or editor.

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.

Strong understanding of financial markets and digital assets.

Confident public speaker, comfortable representing a company in interviews or panels.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with both technical and commercial teams.

About You – Nice to Have

Experience ghostwriting or developing thought leadership content for executives.

Established media network.

Experience building a personal brand or public voice in financial or crypto media.

Compensation $120,000 – $150,000 per year.
