Marketing Coordinator
Location: Michigan Service Counties
As a Marketing Coordinator at Ohioans Home Healthcare, you will help patients successfully transition home. You will research and pursue new referral sources while maintaining relationships with existing contacts. You will call on healthcare facilities, physician groups, and clinics to generate home‐care referrals, develop long‑term loyal referral sources through exceeding customer‐service expectations, and participate in activities and special events to increase new leads.
Responsibilities
Knowledge of hospitals, skilled nursing/rehab facilities including case management, discharge planning, service needs, and key referral sources.
Knowledge of government home‑health regulations, CMS/Medicare coverage, requirements/guidelines for home health care and care plan development.
Maintain a professional representation of the organization.
Territory management.

Qualifications
Previous healthcare sales experience and track record of building local relationships to drive business is a plus.
Positive, motivated, goal‑oriented with exceptional oral, written, communication and presentation skills.

Computer literate and experienced with iPads.
Must live in one of the counties of coverage.
