The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Execute comprehensive internal communications strategies to support the global enterprise and functional organization’s strategic initiatives.
Serve as a communications advisor on cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives and enterprise priorities.
Create and manage content for various employee/leader communication channels, including town hall meetings, intranet sites, newsletters, email, and internal social media.
Collaborate with project teams to develop messaging and materials that effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
Partner with Communications and Corporate Marketing to leverage modern tools, share best practices, and align on key initiatives that impact our businesses.
Manage internal communications campaigns to enhance employee engagement and promote transformation achievements.
Monitor and analyze communication metrics and outcomes to assess effectiveness and make data‑driven improvements.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Work closely with change management teams to ensure communication strategies align with change initiatives and processes.
Your Skills And Expertise
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed before start) and five (5) years of experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Public Relations or PR/Marketing Agency within private, public, government or military organizations.
Proven communications skills in planning, key message development, channel and content planning, and outcome‑based measurement; ability to connect with senior leadership.
Familiarity with change management practices and systematic processes of planning, implementing and communicating change within an organization.
Additional Qualifications
Degree in communications, marketing, PR/journalism/media from an accredited institution.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders including employees, senior leaders and partners to ensure they are informed and engaged.
Exceptional writing, editing, narrative development, and key message delivery.
Tracking the effectiveness of communication efforts and using data analysis and synthesis, critical thinking and creative problem‑solving to adjust strategies as needed.
Intellectual curiosity, creativity, growth mindset, managing through change, ambiguity, empathy and systems thinking.
Work Location Remote - USA or Canada
Travel May include up to 10% domestic or international travel.
