Role Description
This is a full-time 2020 Kitchen Designer role based on-site in Raleigh, NC. The Kitchen Designer will work closely with clients to develop individualized kitchen and bath designs that reflect client needs and preferences. Responsibilities include creating functional and stylish designs, engaging with clients for consultations, and facilitating the process from concept to completion. This role also involves ensuring seamless communication with installation teams and maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications
Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design, with a strong understanding of space planning and layout principles Effective Customer Service skills, with experience in building professional and positive client relationships Strong Communication skills to clearly understand client requirements and collaborate with team members Experience with Sales, including identifying client needs and guiding them through the design and selection process Comprehensive knowledge of Cabinetry, including materials, finishes, and custom options Proficiency in design software is a plus Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Previous experience in kitchen and bath remodeling is advantageous Seniority Level
