Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities

Assists with creation, implementation, and execution of casino events.

Coordinates travel transportation for cross-property groups and vendors.

Participates in the creative approval process regarding direct mail and event offers to ensure mailings are approved in a timely basis and meet established deadlines.

Participates at events, parties, and promotions.

Ensures effective communication to all Marketing divisions.

Compiles and prepares information fact sheets regarding monthly direct mail offers, promotions, host events, and all other Marketing activities and informs property managers, Marketing, and other affected departments in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Minimum of High School Diploma with one (1) year of related experience, preferably in Marketing, special events/promotions or related industry.

Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
