Overview As an essential team member supporting Account Executives and Account Planners, you will oversee post‑sale workflow and ensure effective campaign delivery for Spectrum Reach clients. Your role includes accuracy in order entry, cross‑functional liaison between fulfillment, finance, and operations, and maintenance of campaign effectiveness.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Oversee all post‑sale activities including campaign execution, reporting, and inventory management for assigned accounts.

Accurately enter all orders for linear advertising schedules.

Coordinate with Billing to ensure that ad copy scripts are provided and campaigns are appropriately billed.

Work cross‑functionally with Traffic/Operations team to ensure correct fulfillment of client campaigns.

Manage campaigns effectively, revise and review inventory as needed.

Responsible for make‑goods for all assigned accounts and inventory related notices for campaign delivery.

Communicate with clients to obtain information for efficient schedule execution.

Submit any necessary corrections and revisions to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Required Qualifications Legal Working Status : Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment‑based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience : 2+ years overall work experience, 1+ year in advertising sales or similar sales support functions.

Skills :

Develop positive working relationships with Sales Executives and cross‑functional departments.

Adapt quickly to change, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with MS Office and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of research databases such as Nielsen, Scarborough, MRI, Kantar, BIA/Kelsey, eMarketer, and comScore.

Ability to pull and analyze advanced campaign metric reporting utilizing internal and external tools (e.g., Freewheel, proprietary tools).
