Happy residents: You provide prompt, professional, and friendly service that keeps residents satisfied and loyal. Leasing success: You convert leads into leases by showcasing the value of the community with enthusiasm and knowledge. Strong communication: Prospects, residents, and teammates always feel informed, respected, and supported. Smooth operations: You stay organized, keep records accurate, and ensure daily workflows run efficiently. Effective collections: Rent is collected on time through consistent, proactive, and empathetic follow‑up. How You’ll Achieve It

Support the Community Manager in driving daily property performance and resident satisfaction. Manage incoming leasing inquiries via Elise AI, phone, email, and walk‑ins; conduct tours and close prospects with confidence. Lead renewal efforts, distributing renewal offers and conducting follow‑ups to strengthen resident relationships. Coordinate resident engagement activities such as raffles, newsletters, and community events to build connection and culture. Oversee rent collection, communicating consistently with delinquent residents and assisting with payment plans as needed. Review applications and leases for accuracy, ensuring all records are complete and compliant. Walk the property regularly to identify safety or cleanliness issues, and assist in coordinating maintenance needs. Support month‑end reconciliation and ensure recurring charges reflect lease terms. Step in when needed to provide operational stability and leadership in the Community Manager’s absence. Fuel for Your Success

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred at properties where applicable. Ability to regularly walk the property, inspect conditions, and engage with residents in person. Commitment to fair housing compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational excellence. Previous property management experience was preferred, but not required.
