Job Title Communications Coordinator 3

Location 6230 E Stassney Ln, Austin, TX 78744

Schedule 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, onsite 4 5 days per week

Duration 12 months, 2080 hours (possibility of renewal)

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Marketing or Communications Coordinator (or similar role).

Minimum 3 years of experience developing external communications such as newsletters, campaigns, and other published materials, with demonstrated writing and design capabilities.

Experience in public relations, marketing, targeted/segment marketing, and social media management.

Hands‑on experience with promotional marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation tools, and web analytics.

At least 2 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation platforms, with strong understanding of concepts such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation.

Strong analytical skills, including experience using data and A/B testing to optimize email, landing pages, and campaigns.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Access); experience with report writers and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Knowledge of Associated Press (AP) style and ability to apply it consistently in written materials.

IT‑savvy communicator with the ability to understand technical initiatives and ensure messaging and content are technically accurate and compliant.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Change Management, or a related field.

8+ years of marketing and/or corporate communications experience, ideally in a complex or public‑sector environment.
