Position Summary
Digital Media Specialist
brings Dornier MedTech’s brand, products, and purpose to life through multimedia storytelling. This full‑time hybrid position (minimum three days per week onsite in Kennesaw, GA) supports the company’s growing digital marketing ecosystem — from video production and livestreaming to content management and event execution. Reporting to the
Digital Marketing Manager , this role blends creative production, technical execution, and cross‑functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, resourceful, and passionate about creating engaging, high‑quality content that resonates with healthcare professionals and strengthens Dornier’s digital presence.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Produce, edit, and optimize videos, animations, graphics, and presentations for marketing, sales, and educational use.
Support livestreams, webinars, and post‑event video editing, ensuring seamless technical execution and professional quality.
Organize and maintain Dornier’s digital content libraries to ensure easy access and consistent brand alignment.
Collaborate with product management, sales, and clinical teams to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.
Assist with tradeshow and event logistics, including preparing, packing, and shipping marketing materials and booth assets.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video production, digital content creation, or multimedia marketing.
Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
Familiarity with livestream and webinar tools (e.g., OBS Studio, ATEM switchers, Stream Deck, Zoom Webinar).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs and safely handle shipping materials, event displays, and audiovisual equipment.
Preferred
Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
Exposure to or interest in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, paid campaigns, and analytics platforms.
Experience with AI video generation tools such as Synthesia, HeyGen, Vyond, and Pictory is highly preferred.
Experience creating content for product launches, tradeshows, or educational programs.
