Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Game Writer to join our talented development team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a cutting‑edge project that sets new standards in interactive storytelling and gameplay.

What You Will Do

Write compelling, genre‑appropriate stories using advanced screenplay and interactive storytelling techniques.

Align story, characters, and emotional beats seamlessly across gameplay, art, audio, and design.

Guide the evolution of core characters and overarching story arcs from concept through release.

Refine scripts, scenes, and in‑game performances to heighten dramatic tension and emotional resonance.

Create dialogue that is naturalistic, character‑driven, layered with subtext, and rhythmically precise.

Translate high‑concept fantasy ideas into grounded, interactive elements such as environmental storytelling, worldbuilding objects, VFX cues, and character performances.

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in film, creative writing, interactive media, or a related narrative field, or equivalent professional experience, preferred.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and deconstruct AAA, story‑driven games.

Strong understanding of how to adapt cinematic narrative techniques into interactive experiences.

Broad exposure to films, prestige TV, and narrative‑focused games, with a deep appreciation for genre storytelling.

Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across disciplines to ensure cohesive storytelling.

Benefits The base pay range for this position is

$75,000 to $120,000 USD

per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate. Total compensation may include salary, company bonuses, sign‑on bonuses, relocation package, and other benefits.
