Product Content Specialist
to join the Consumer Product Division of our client, a multinational personal care corporation, for a 5-month contract. Our client is seeking assistance for the
Consumer Product Division (CPD) Customer Experience team
to work with the content management system, Salsify, in order to create content for CPD products that will be published on retailer websites. This person will support managing approximately 900 SKUs, and it typically takes about 20 minutes to complete the content for each SKU. The job will require collaboration with marketing teams to receive their briefs and visuals, and then create content for the retailers' Professional Product Division in Salsify. Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage product content using Salsify, ensuring accurate, engaging, and consistent information is published for all SKUs. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to gather briefs, visuals, and product information, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and retailer requirements. Time spend: Complete content creation tasks efficiently, with an average of 20 minutes per SKU, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer experience teams, to ensure smooth content workflows and adherence to timelines. Qualifications
Experience with content management, user experience and website development. Experience with DAM or PIM systems. Experience with web content updates.
