Key Responsibilities
Shape TREMFYA® campaigns and channel plans across our Psoriatic business and lead execution of promotional tactics inclusive of digital, CRM, and brand .com.
Support Product Director(s) and associated agency partners, ensuring shared accountability to the brand strategy, rigor in marketing excellence, and exceptional execution of key media plan tactics and deliverables.
Leverage AI technologies to support the creative design of assets and/or support the insights and technologies reaching patients in new innovative ways.
Design and lead patient Ad Boards, Qualitative Research, Quantitative Research in partnership with Strategic Insights & Analytics Team and support monitoring of brand performance for plan optimization.
Lead Patient DTC omnichannel measurement and optimization workstreams enabling new capabilities to measure performance and optimize plans.
Demonstrate strong collaboration and partnership skills with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review partners and ensure organized plans for asset approvals.
Participate and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners as it relates to strategy & tactical implementation, including but not limited to, other Marketing Teams, Business Technology, Sales, Medical Affairs, Learning Excellence, Global, Insights, etc.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of business experience with a successful track record – preferably in Marketing, or alternatively also in Digital/Tech, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical, Market Research or related fields.
Strong analytical & critical thinking skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable tactics to deliver on business objectives.
Capable of leading within a matrix environment & influencing without authority.
Excellent communication & project management skills.
Be a champion of change—challenge legacy thinking, push boundaries, and drive action around innovation.
Track record of demonstrating passion and perseverance for long-term & meaningful goals.
Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel domestically up to 20%.
Preferred
DTC experience preferred.
Digital asset and/or media planning experience.
Experience with AI/LLM applications, prompt engineering, or automation tools.
