We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

ABM Campaign Specialist, MSP

to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Sr Director of Revenue Orchestration, you’ll focus on planning, implementing, and optimizing segmented B2B and ABM campaigns for our SDR teams selling into the MSP (Managed Service Providers) vertical. You’ll apply your understanding of outbound sales strategies, problem‑solving skills, and organizational abilities to support sellers working with our ABM team. You will manage multiple campaigns, track performance, and refine sales strategies to drive optimal results. Success in this role requires attention to detail, effective project management, a passion for sales, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Location

– Hybrid in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL (In the office 3 days per week Mon, Tues, & Thurs).

What You’ll Be Doing

Partner with a global team to deliver NinjaOne’s messaging and positioning effectively across all outbound sales channels

Develop and maintain sales playbooks and communication plans to ensure the successful launch and adoption of outbound campaigns

Work closely with SDRs to ensure seamless campaign adoption and execution, while maintaining a feedback loop for continuous improvement of strategies and messaging

Lead cadence launches, executing and analyzing performance to continuously optimize results

Oversee cadence adoption and performance in Salesloft, regularly adjusting strategies to optimize outreach and maximize results

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes

Monitor and report on campaign performance weekly in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable insights consistently

Support the ongoing refinement of the Salesloft platform to drive efficiency and success for the SDR team

Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensuring precision in execution

Take responsibility for reporting and data clean‑up of overdue tasks, while managing Salesloft admin duties and performing regular housekeeping to maintain organization and efficiency

Contribute to team success by maintaining a collaborative mindset, real‑time communication, and supporting the sales team’s goals and company growth

Leverage Salesforce, Salesloft, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other tools to track performance and support campaign efforts

Other duties as needed

About You

With 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing support roles, you’ve built a solid foundation in leveraging marketing and sales automation tools to enhance performance

You have a solid understanding of MSPs from selling into the space, partnering with MSPs, or prior industry work

Salesforce (SFDC) is your playground, where you craft and customize reports—like account‑level and opportunity reports & more—while managing custom objects and fields, making sure data maintains integrity and reports stay sharp

You’re highly organized and excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality. You understand the importance of structured, accessible reports for stakeholders

Passionate about supporting and executing outbound cadences, you thrive in fast‑paced environments, helping SDR teams optimize outreach and engagement to drive measurable outcomes in high‑velocity sales cycles

You excel in environments where reporting is integral to business success, managing the report process efficiently to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement

You’re skilled in data analysis, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations that support strategic decisions

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering professional presentations, are essential to your success

Proficient in Salesforce, Salesloft, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Office Suite, and Slack; Bonus points if Asana is your go‑to project management tool

Hands‑on experience with ABM is highly preferred

Additional Information: This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship. Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self‑relocate.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job‑related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, New Jersey or Washington, the base salary hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 per year. For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 per year.
