The Premiere Group is seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven

Digital Marketing & Portfolio Growth Specialist

to drive measurable customer acquisition and asset value across our portfolio companies. As part of our centralized support team, you will operate as a strategic partner, deploying data‑driven marketing initiatives across diverse industries (e.g., Real Estate, Steel, Equipment, Construction). This role demands a high degree of autonomy, analytical rigor, and the ability to link marketing outputs directly to business growth KPIs. You will take ownership of digital performance, leverage modern technology (including AI) for efficiency, and work cross‑functionally to support the strategic success of each entity.

Core Responsibilities Digital Lead Generation & Performance (Updated Focus)

Strategic Ad Management: Manage, execute, and continually optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a direct focus on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and maximizing the volume and quality of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).

SEO Asset Optimization: Lead organic growth initiatives by conducting in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page SEO audits to increase asset visibility and the flow of high-intent, qualified organic traffic and leads.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Focus on designing and optimizing landing pages and lead capture forms to maximize the conversion rate of qualified traffic into traceable leads for the sales funnel.

Conversion-Focused Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand copy for web pages, content marketing, and ad creatives, ensuring messaging is aligned with specific business objectives and optimizing lead capture pathways.

Analytics, Reporting & Deliverables

Performance Reporting: Utilize tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) and proprietary dashboards to construct clear, regular reports demonstrating the impact of all digital initiatives on key business metrics (Lead Volume, Conversion Rates, ROAS, CLV, etc.).

Business Insight & Accountability: Translate complex performance data into actionable, high-impact recommendations for optimization. This includes providing transparent reporting on lead volume, quality, and hand-off efficiency to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.

Execution & Integration

AI-Enhanced Workflow: Apply AI fluency to improve workflow efficiency, accelerate content creation, and inform research, ensuring the centralized team operates at peak productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with operations, sales, design, and executive teams within the portfolio to ensure marketing strategies are fully integrated with business development and sales goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of demonstrable, hands‑on experience in digital marketing roles with quantifiable results in:

Paid ad management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms).

Search engine optimization (SEO) and organic growth.

Copywriting for diverse digital channels.

Skills & Attributes:

Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to interpret complex performance data and derive actionable, high-level insights.

Autonomy & Drive: Exceptional ability to manage projects independently, meet high standards, and propose new ideas without constant oversight.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise with core marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, ad platforms, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush).

Collaboration: Strong cross‑functional skills required for working effectively with non-marketing teams (Finance, Operations).
