Corporate Communications Manager – Enchanted Rock

Trusted by data centers, healthcare systems, utilities, manufacturers, and government, our systems help critical operations maintain uptime during grid outages caused by severe weather, infrastructure failures, cyber events, and other disruptions. Job Type: Full‑time Responsibilities

Content Development: Create and edit high‑quality content for press releases, blogs, case studies, thought leadership pieces, the website, and internal communications. Website & Social Media Management: Oversee updates to the corporate website and manage social media channels to drive engagement and brand visibility. Public Relations: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media and industry analysts; coordinate interviews, briefings, and coverage opportunities. Brand Governance: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials and platforms. Event & Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on corporate events, webinars, and campaigns to amplify messaging and reach. Internal Communications: Develop strategies and materials to keep employees informed and engaged. Measurement & Reporting: Track and report on communication metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, public relations, or a similar role. Energy, utility, power generation, oil and gas, renewables, or similar industry knowledge. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across all levels. Ability to translate engineer speak into customer‑friendly materials. Familiarity with digital tools (CMS, social media platforms, analytics). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Experience with thought leadership programs and public relations. Knowledge of SEO and content optimization. Experience with visual design and layout is a plus. Physical requirements and working conditions: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry files weighing up to 20 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
