Key Responsibilities

Grow and evolve Zoe’s affiliate and creator program through strategic planning and creative initiatives

Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to foster engagement and long-term loyalty

Design and manage incentives, challenges, and campaigns that drive participation and performance

Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate activity to improve ROI and program effectiveness

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align assets, launches, and messaging

Act as the internal advocate for the affiliate channel, sharing insights and opportunities across teams

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or creator program management (preferably in e-commerce or consumer products)

Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and content creator ecosystems

Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate or ambassador programs that drive measurable growth

Skilled in using analytics and performance data to guide decisions and optimize campaigns

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with creators, partners, and cross‑functional teams

Creative thinker who enjoys developing unique campaigns and engagement strategies

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and partner relationships simultaneously

Proficient in affiliate or influencer tools/platforms (e.g., Shopify Collabs, Impact, Refersion, Aspire, or similar)

Comfortable working both strategically and hands‑on in a fast‑moving, growing company

Salary targets an average work week of 40 hours, with a flexible and results‑oriented approach to initiatives

Paid time off – 15 work days per year plus approximately 11 paid holidays each year

Work Schedule This is a hybrid position based in Nashville; applicants must live locally and be available to work in the office at least three days per week (for a minimum of five hours each day), with up to two optional remote days.
