We’re looking for a Technical Product Marketing Director to join our Marketing Cloud team! Technical Product Marketers simplify complex concepts, craft human stories, highlight customer success, and are grounded in an understanding of our products & features. Your success will be measured by developing relevant positioning and messaging, innovative demos, and driving sales pipeline and customer adoption. You will be a big‑picture innovator who writes compelling content for customers, partners, and sales teams.

Responsibilities & Impact

  • Design, build, and manage delivery of keynote demos for external events (Connections, Dreamforce, World Tours) and internal events (Company Kickoffs, executive presentations).
  • Develop detailed explainer demo videos to effectively communicate the value and functionality of our platform and strategic launches.
  • Improve the technical content for new agentic marketing concepts to help customers, partners, and internal teams understand and trust our products. This includes creating technical explainers, blogs, whitepapers, and other deep technical content.
  • Partner with product management and product marketing to understand product strategy and roadmaps, distill key functionality and value into core product positioning and messaging.
  • Bring our Marketing Cloud product roadmap to life in launches, new releases, content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement.
  • Partner closely with campaigns, solution engineering, and other product marketers to drive cross‑functional alignment on programs that drive pipeline and customer adoption.
  • Keep current with technology trends and incorporate emerging technologies into keynotes and demos.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or solution engineering at a high‑tech company, or similar equivalent.
  • Expertise in building product demos end‑to‑end that tell a concise, value‑first story.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present in front of executives, vendors, partners, and customers.
  • Consistent track record in defining and driving project execution and thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Phenomenal leader with expertise in leading and inspiring through influence.
  • Hands‑on experience building marketing assets, including compelling positioning and messaging, succinct slide pitch decks, demo videos, blogs, and event/webinar content.
  • Experience with demo development and AI tools such as Figma, Camtasia, Canva, Consensus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with enterprise applications such as CRM and/or Marketing Cloud products.
  • Video design and editing skills, including the ability to record and produce polished demo videos.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Developer) and Trailhead badges a plus, and application development on the Salesforce Platform.

For New York‑based roles, the base salary for this position is $193,800 to $281,100. For California‑based roles, the base salary is $193,800 to $281,100.
