About the Role The influencer marketing manager will be supporting upper- and mid-funnel brand campaigns by activating creators who bring my clients brand to life through culturally relevant storytelling. This role functions as both a campaign strategist and an in-house production partner—helping source talent, manage creator deliverables, and generate a high volume of assets for global paid media, social, and Integrated Marketing & Creative (IMC) initiatives. You will work across brand, IMC, paid media, legal and global market teams to ensure our influencer activations are culturally resonant, strategically sound, and operationally tight.

What You’ll Do

Support development of brand-aligned influencer strategies for major cultural, seasonal, and product-driven moments.

Translate briefs into actionable creator approaches, including casting lists, content direction, and cultural relevance insights.

Run small-scale creator activations independently, including asset-only asks and micro-campaigns.

Partner with IMC and Brand teams to ensure creator initiatives ladder into integrated campaign narratives.

Collaborate with the Ambassador team to source relevant ambassadors for brand moments.

Oversee agencies on campaign initiatives as needed.

Review all creator content for brand alignment, accuracy, and creative quality.

Production & Paid Media Content Supply (50%)

Act as an internal production arm, managing creator deliverables for global paid media needs.

Build content toolkits, organize shot lists, and manage all trafficking of creator assets to paid media, social, and IMC partners.

Work with global markets to request, source, or adapt localized creator content as needed.

Ensure deliverables meet platform guidelines and performance requirements for paid placements.

Program Management & Reporting

Maintain trackers, timelines, content calendars, and creator deliverable sheets.

Support end-to-end contracting, invoicing, and compliance workflows in partnership with Legal and Finance.
