Techtronic Industries – Field Sales and Marketing Representative (TTI)
This role focuses on driving sales of our premier product lines within one of our largest retail partners, providing you the opportunity to enhance selling, account management, and communication skills while launching a career in a fast‑paced, rewarding company.
Pay Range $50,000.00/yr – $54,000.00/yr
Additional Compensation Annual Bonus Vehicle Allowance: $400/month (≈$4,800/year pre‑tax)
Key Responsibilities
Exceed sales targets by delivering best‑in‑class Business-to-Consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot, engaging directly with customers to recommend tailored TTI product solutions.
Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell‑through.
Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell‑through.
Ensure brand presence and sales‑readiness through strategic merchandising, optimal product placement, and completion of store objectives and resets using data analytics (Microsoft Power BI).
Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles, product applications, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics.
Participate in TTI’s world‑class training program to work independently within your assigned market.
Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in‑store execution and cultivate long‑term partnerships.
Effectively manage inventory levels through down‑stocking, maintaining product accessibility, and ensure prompt reporting of all tasks and responsibilities.
Participate in merchandising resets to support TTI’s innovation and timely placement of cutting‑edge products.
Employment Requirements
At least 21 years of age.
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
Pass drug screening and motor vehicle report screening.
Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
Personal vehicle or reliable transportation and valid insurance listing you as the primary driver.
Travel to assigned store locations as well as occasional business travel (air travel required).
Transport small amounts of company property (devices, demo tools, safety supplies).
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as lifting, hauling, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
Proficiency with MS Office and strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets.
Formal higher education preferred but not required.
Relocation may be required for promotional opportunities.
Salary Non‑Exempt Position (Overtime Eligible).
