As a
Marketing & Promotions Associate , you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to support ongoing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer satisfaction. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in customer relations, sales support, and marketing execution, while learning the ins and outs of modern promotional strategy through daily meetings and ongoing development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Account Managers with customer engagement, sales presentations, and support.
Participate in campaign launches, product knowledge sessions, and team meetings.
Research target markets and identify new promotional opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
Apply client product knowledge in marketing initiatives and consumer outreach.
Contribute to training and leadership development within the team.
Support company goals through collaboration, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.

Experience in customer service, sales, or client relations.
