Job Overview As a Senior Automotive Service Advisor / Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person our guests look to when they need help with their vehicles. Your responsibilities include guiding guests through the entire repair process, ensuring their satisfaction, and coaching peers. You help build relationships, manage workflow, and maintain a team‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
Greet every guest with hospitality and respect.
Present the best repair solution in a clear, understandable manner.
Manage the store’s workflow efficiently.
Sell services consistently with honesty and integrity.
Maintain a positive attitude and supportive team atmosphere.
Communicate sharply on the phone.
Build long‑term relationships between the store, yourself, and guests.
Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities.
Shuttle guests as needed in CBA branded vehicle.
Ensure all repairs meet proper specifications.
Work as a team and assist other employees as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Proficiency in Windows‑based computer software and automotive store applications.
Experience in an automotive customer‑service or automotive service writer/sales role.
Physical Requirements
Dependable and reliable for a Monday – Friday, 7 am – 6 pm schedule.
Primarily standing, walking, and coordinating parts.
Occasional lifting and carrying of objects up to 50 lbs.
Maintain a brisk work pace in a high‑volume environment.
