We are looking for a dynamic, organized self‑starter to join our Integrated Components Division (ICD) as a Value Chain Designer in Peoria, IL.
What You Will Do
Analyzing the inbound, value add and outbound value chains to identify opportunities for improvement.
Developing business cases and capability studies, recommending improvements to stakeholders.
Implementing new and enhanced processes and tools and governing changes through collaboration across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment.
Identifying process inefficiencies and wastes of time, money, materials, and energy.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing or equivalent knowledge through professional expertise.
What Skills You Will Have Business Process Improvement:
Knowledge leading large projects, ensuring streamlined workflows and optimized processes. Proven background in aftermarket sourcing and/or supply chain, contributing to efficiency improvements.
Analytical Thinking:
Working knowledge in Wear or Maintenance Products (Undercarriage, Ground Engaging Tools, Metal Face Seals, Hose & Couplings, Fluids & Filters, Seals, Tubes and Hardware), applying technical knowledge to analyze product performance and lifecycle.
Demonstrated expertise
in aftermarket sourcing and/or supply chain, leveraging data to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
Effective Communications:
Effective communicator to key stakeholders and business partners, ensuring alignment and clarity across cross‑functional teams. Knowledge leading large projects, presenting updates and influencing decision‑making.
Problem Solving:
Knowledge in Wear or Maintenance Products, troubleshooting product‑related issues and implementing solutions.
Track record
in aftermarket sourcing and/or supply chain, resolving supply challenges and mitigating risks.
Process Mapping / Flowcharting:
Proficiency leading large projects, documenting workflows and creating process maps for project execution.
Strong background
in aftermarket sourcing and/or supply chain, mapping procurement and logistics processes for transparency and improvement.
Additional Information This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week at the Peoria, IL office. Domestic relocation assistance is NOT available for this position. Visa sponsorship is NOT available with this position. This position may require up to 10% travel.
