Product Designer
who’s energized by the chance to shape the next generation of studio and post‑production workflows—where AI, automation, and human creativity intersect. This isn’t just another enterprise design role. Human–AI interaction is undergoing a massive shift, and this team is redefining how creative operations collaborate with intelligent systems across the entire video and localization lifecycle.
What you'll be doing:
Spend time with current specialists to uncover behaviors, gaps, and requirements.
Map end‑to‑end workflows and identify opportunities for automation or reimagined human touchpoints.
Create intuitive UI/UX for complex, video‑centered workflows and post‑production tools.
Prototype new interaction patterns for agentic/AI‑supported systems.
Contribute to design systems and ensure documentation is clear and actionable for engineering.
Deliver high‑fidelity specs with meticulous detail and pixel‑level precision.
Partner closely with product, engineering, and studio operations stakeholders.
Present design rationale, walk teams through user journeys, and drive alignment around solutions.
Qualifications:
5+ years designing for web‑based tools, operations platforms, or complex workflows.
Experience with enterprise interfaces, workflow engines, dashboards, or human/machine collaboration.
Strong ability to simplify complexity and design for processes involving large‑scale media or operations.
Experience in studio operations, video workflows, localization, or digital content supply chain.
Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level.
