Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist Location: Marlton, NJ/Hybrid HomeSource is a dynamic and rapidly growing company focused on aggregating data into a usable system for retailers and manufacturers. The role requires owning performance in paid media, creative campaign development, and client-facing strategy. Responsibilities

Manage a dedicated book of business and serve as the strategic lead across paid media, creative planning, analytics, and reporting. Architect campaigns that drive measurable ROI, optimize them with precision, and translate performance data into compelling client narratives to inform decisions. Lead conversations with executive-level clients and guide end-to-end digital strategy. Lead client calls, reviews, and strategy discussions; build trust and communicate clearly using data-driven storytelling. Identify upsell opportunities and support strategic growth across accounts. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Qualifications

Paid Media Expertise (Must-Have): 4-7+ years managing paid media campaigns with a track record of strong ROI. Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Co-Op Marketing Programs, Search Console and other marketing systems. Ability to diagnose performance issues, troubleshoot tracking, build audiences, and execute advanced optimization strategies. Creative Strategy: Demonstrated experience guiding or producing high-quality creative, including ad concepts, messaging, and landing page direction. Ability to interpret performance data and inform creative adjustments. Client-Facing Experience: Strong presentation skills and experience leading client calls, reviews, and strategy discussions; ability to tell a story with data. Agency experience preferred; exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRM systems. Paid Media Leadership

Architect, build, and manage full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, and emerging platforms. Track, measure, and troubleshoot complex conversion paths using GA4, GTM, and platform-specific tools. Execute ongoing optimization and testing strategies to drive ROAS, lower CAC, and consistent improvements. Identify trends and opportunities in data and translate into actionable recommendations. Creative + Content Strategy

Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad copy, messaging, visuals, and landing experiences aligned with campaign objectives. Provide direction on creative iterations based on performance insights and audience behavior. Ensure brand alignment and consistency across campaigns. Client-Facing Expertise

Lead client meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews with confidence. Build strong relationships with stakeholders; serve as primary contact for strategy, performance insights, and campaign direction. Translate complex data into simple storytelling that demonstrates impact and ROI; prepare narrative-driven weekly/monthly reports. Account & Project Ownership

Manage 10-15 client accounts with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. Oversee budgets, timelines, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration. Identify upsell opportunities and support strategic growth across accounts. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and industry best practices. Compensation & Workplace
