Relationship Management: Cultivate long‑term client relationships and conduct regular follow‑ups.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and position products effectively.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.
Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements, protect client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (assistance provided).

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr
