We are looking for a dedicated Food Expeditor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring guests receive top‑notch service and enjoy delicious meals in a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and servers.
Ensure all dishes meet quality standards before being served.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to maintain a smooth flow of service.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
Required Skills
Guest Service – Providing exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Food and Beverage Management – Understanding of food and beverage operations.
Loyalty Marketing – Implementing strategies to build customer loyalty.
Sanitation – Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in a food service setting.
Baking – Experience in baking and pastry preparation.
