Work in a small team to iteratively improve developer experience Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and production Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive Participate in regular design reviews and incorporate relevant feedback Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy Collaborate daily with Engineering, User Research, and Product What we look for in you
5+ years of professional Product Design experience Experience designing developer experiences for web and mobile Excellence in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, user researchers, and product teams Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools, including effective use of AI in product design Low ego, collaborative, and open-minded Demonstrated interest in crypto products (e.g., active use of DeFi apps, wallets, exchanges) Nice to haves
Prior design experience in crypto or financial products Software development experience Startup experience
