Your Opportunity Marketing General Inc. (MGI), a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a
Marketing Account Executive
to provide a blend of technical, strategic, and interpersonal skills to support and manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns across multiple clients.
Responsibilities
Develop marketing calendars, schedules, and budgets and serve as the project manager across assigned clients and campaigns.
Prepare project concepts and lead project kick‑off calls and other meetings.
Develop meeting agendas, update status reports, and create meeting materials as necessary.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance: researching and recommending new opportunities, proposing profit and service improvements, and keeping in constant contact via in‑person, telephone, video calls, or email communication.
Manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns from start to finish, including direct mail, email, and/or paid digital.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments such as Digital Services, Production, Creative Services, and Research to execute and deliver campaigns.
Prepare, edit, and proofread draft copy, artwork, and proofs to ensure brand and messaging consistency and accuracy.
Prepare reports by collecting, entering, analyzing, and summarizing statistical and analytical spreadsheets to evaluate campaign results and recommend course corrections if needed.
Maintain quality service by learning and following established agency and/or client schedules, policies, and procedures.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational opportunities, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and learning how to work with client and industry platforms (AMS, marketing automation, and email platforms).
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed or assigned.
Ideal Candidate
Undergraduate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 5 total years of working experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Demonstrable knowledge of email, online, and direct mail marketing.
Experience in membership or certification marketing.
Ability to operate a variety of office technology and have excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor, outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to deliver quality customer service, excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively accomplish multiple tasks.
Hands‑on experience creating, analyzing, and reporting on campaign and testing data.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team and contribute to a successful team effort.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $68,000 – $74,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives or will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
