Staff Educator - Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Cath Recovery, & Interventional Radiology
Apply for the Staff Educator role at BJC. Position is primarily onsite and part‑time, 18 hours per week, with two or three shifts per week. The shifts are scheduled on weekdays; no weekends, holidays, or on‑call duties.

Role Summary Creates and implements staff education and professional development activities to optimize patient outcomes. Works with clinical and non‑clinical staff to develop, present, and evaluate training.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate ongoing educational activities for clinical and non‑clinical areas.
Collaborate with staff and other organizations to develop and present clinically focused training and continuing education.
Participate in activities that promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with leadership to assess educational needs and develop an appropriate plan.
Engage in professional development and lifelong learning.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
2–5 years of experience.
RN license.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Nursing.
5–10 years of experience.
Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BCLS) certification.
