Role: Full Stack / Tech Anchor Lead
Location: Dearborn, MI (On-site / Hybrid from day one. The contractor is required to be onsite 15 days per quarter)

Key Responsibilities
Act as Tech Lead for a team of Software Engineers, guiding and monitoring their work. Provide technical direction and support for the team, assisting in product design and development. Oversee compliance and security standards across the project. Guide customization of solutions and systems to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, and product owners) to convert business goals into technical solutions. Support the development and integration of AI / ML models for improving vehicle components like transmissions, batteries, and engines. Hands-on coding in Java, Python, React, and other technologies when necessary to solve complex issues. Monitor and guide the team through CI / CD processes to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration. Skills Required
8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack engineering and cloud solutions. Minimum 3 years of experience designing cloud solutions, especially on GCP (Google Cloud Platform). Experience with System Integration and cloud computing tools like Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, and PCF / PKS. Minimum 2 years of experience configuring, monitoring, and tuning infrastructure tools. Minimum 5 years of experience with Python and / or R software development (experience with Anaconda is preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills. Proven experience coordinating activities across multiple teams in a collaborative environment. Skills Preferred
L2 / L3 Support Experience. Experience with system design and product management. Strong ability to perform root cause analysis. Familiarity with a range of software and applications. Experience with Windows and Unix / Linux operating systems. Familiarity with business analysis, requirements definition, and use case creation. Knowledge of IT policies, processes, and infrastructures. Experience with analytics tools, including Informatica, Alteryx, QlikView, Tableau, and Attunity.
