About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to oversee creative development for Tubi’s high‑profile B2B and Sales events (e.g., events like NewFronts and Cannes Lions). You will manage the creative team responsible for delivering all event creative assets in partnership with Tubi’s B2B Events team, Ad Product Marketing team, Sales teams, and external vendors. Deliverables span event identities, messaging frameworks, presentation design, environmental graphics, experiential installation mock ups, on‑screen graphics, video sizzles, and more. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles.
What You’ll Do:
Lead end‑to‑end project management of creative deliverables for B2B events, partnering closely with Tubi’s B2B and Sales teams
Own defining project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple concurrent creative projects; ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery
Run creative status meetings and publish priority task lists to guide the creative team’s daily focus
Act as the main liaison between the Creative Studio and cross‑functional partners, translating strategic objectives into clear creative outputs
Manage vendor relationships related to creative execution
Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and adjust plans quickly while meeting deadlines and executive expectations
Provide clear, consistent communication on status, requirements, and next steps to stakeholders at all levels
Own the approvals and clearance process; track revisions to ensure all stakeholder feedback is fully addressed
Ensure all final creative assets meet required specifications and are organized for easy access and re‑use
Oversee ad hoc creative projects and miscellaneous assignments as needed, ensuring they are managed with the same level of rigor and attention as core initiatives
Partner with the Director of Creative Operations to drive continued optimization of creative workflows, best practices; assess and measure program outcomes to improve future creative initiatives
Your Background:
7+ years of project management experience focused on events creative in a fast‑paced entertainment company, creative studio and/or agency setting
Strong understanding of creative development across brand identity, messaging, presentations, experiential/environmental design, motion/graphics, and video
Extensive knowledge in creative and project management tooling, including but not limited to: Airtable, Google Suite, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and FrameIO
Familiarity with AI and creative operations optimization tooling
Proven ability to manage multiple complex creative projects, budgets, and resources simultaneously
Exceptional communication, presentation, organization, and time‑management skills
Proactive, collaborative, and detail‑driven, with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines
Bachelor’s in Marketing / Communications or equivalent work experience
Passionate fan of movies, tv and entertainment at large
Compensation & Benefits
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long‑term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. High‑cost labor markets such as but not limited to Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco.
