Role Summary
Reporting to the US Marketing Director, this role is responsible for the development and execution of the US marketing strategy and collaborating with the global teams to deliver on brand and sales goals. This is a full-time salary exempt contract/ fixed-term role covering for maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the US Marketing Director to execute marketing strategies and plans across the US region.
Contribute local insights to inform strategy and marketing planning.
Manage and monitor regional marketing budget.
Working cross functionally to execute marketing strategy across all marketing touch points, including advertising, digital, performance marketing, social, events and activations, PR, EDM and journal.
Management and production of events & showrooms activations – including VM planning and management.
Partner with Sales leads to support tactical commercial events, initiatives and sales tools.
Partner cross functionally in support of Product launch strategy and execution.
Managing agency partners in partnership with digital lead (Performance Marketing, Digital agency).
Partner with Head of eCommerce on website visuals, communications and optimizations for US region.
Develop and partner with creative to support local creative briefs and execution.
Develop US CRM strategy in support of business goals.
Develop yearly PR and Paid media plan and execution.
Build and nurture relationships and partnerships with key press and design community.
Analysis effectiveness of all marketing campaigns via monthly, quarterly and end of year reporting.

Key Capabilities and Behaviors Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communication
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Marketing role
Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal
Effective project and time management skills
Experience with project management platforms like Asana
Thrives on balancing multiple priorities
Collaborative team player who takes initiative
Ability to consider brand in relation to operational marketing activity
Experience with Klaviyo
Ability to travel interstate and internationally as needed
Capacity to work flexibly across national and international time zones
