Global Talent Partner | Crypto Mining | Crypto Exchange PR Manager Function: Public Relations, Communications, Media Strategy We are looking for a highly strategic and crypto-native PR Manager to lead our global communications efforts. This role requires a rare blend of public relations excellence, deep blockchain industry insight, and strong compliance awareness suitable for a listed‑company environment. Key Responsibilities Develop deep understanding of blockchain technologies, including L1/L2 ecosystems, Bitcoin & Ethereum, DeFi, NFTs, exchanges, mining, and emerging crypto narratives. Continuously monitor global regulatory changes (U.S. SEC, EU MiCA, HK SFC, etc.) and assess potential impacts on corporate communication. Track market trends, competitor dynamics, KOL commentary, and macro narratives relevant to the crypto economy. Public Relations & Strategic Communications Lead the creation of press releases, executive speeches, crisis statements, long‑form feature stories, and thought‑leadership pieces. Maintain strong relationships with top‑tier crypto and financial media, including CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, The Block, Bloomberg, WSJ, etc. Serve as crisis‑communication lead during market volatility, hacks, regulatory events, or reputational challenges. Translate complex blockchain and financial concepts into compelling, accessible narratives that strengthen corporate brand positioning. Partner closely with the Investor Relations (IR) team to ensure consistent messaging across earnings, corporate disclosures, and public announcements. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, X, etc.), steadily expanding global engagement and followers. (A critical requirement that differentiates this role from traditional PR) Ensure all external communications comply with listed‑company disclosure standards (e.g., 10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K filings in the U.S.). Collaborate with Legal & Compliance teams to vet all messaging related to financials, token economics, project progress, and future projections. Maintain rigorous governance to prevent selective disclosure, market misinformation, or regulatory risk. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields. 3–5+ years of PR or communications experience in at least one of the following: crypto / blockchain companies, FinTech or payments, financial institutions (investment banks, asset management, brokerage), listed‑company PR or Investor Relations (IR), with strong interest in crypto. Media relations experience across both crypto‑native and mainstream finance is strongly preferred. High stress tolerance: Able to respond 24/7 to fast‑evolving news cycles and volatile markets with calm and clarity. Integrity & discretion: Zero tolerance for leaks, selective disclosure, or market‑moving misinformation.
