Job Summary

Join as a Staff Visual Designer to empower small businesses and self-employed individuals globally with world-class design. Engage in every phase of the project, from insights to pixel-perfect launch, leveraging generative AI and conversational UI to simplify interactions. Work in a customer-centered environment, creating bold, elegant solutions that drive prosperity worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end, meaningful, purpose-driven experiences guiding customers to the right products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals with a positive approach.
• Proactively engage with marketing partners to expand knowledge and connections.
• Maintain and leverage a robust design system across multiple marketing channels.
• Participate in customer research and qualitative testing to shape impactful web and beyond customer experiences.

Must Have Skills

• Proven expertise in visual design within marketing, demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Advanced skills in Figma, including component libraries and asset optimization.
• Strong understanding and application of generative AI tools and practices.

Industry Experience

• Experience in leveraging design for business impact, particularly in marketing-related domains including web, email, and in-product marketing funnels, is essential.
