- Support visibility on analyst and review platforms (G2, Gartner, Capterra, etc.).
- Manage the editorial calendar and deliver content across owned channels.
- Produce and oversee blogs, eBooks, case studies, reports, videos, and sales materials.
- Align all content with product messaging, ICP pain points, and marketing pillars.
- Partner with Demand Generation on campaign and website optimization (SEO‑focused).
- Maintain tone, voice, and visual consistency across all assets.
Social Media & Brand Visibility
- Manage the company’s social channels and elevate brand voice.
- Repurpose long‑form content into high‑engagement formats.
- Track performance and optimize based on KPIs.
- Support community, influencer, and partner initiatives through organic promotion.
Field Marketing & Event Execution
- Plan and manage presence at trade shows, conferences, and road shows.
- Own all event logistics, budgets, collateral, and internal coordination.
- Build event assets (presentations, signage, swag, content).
- Partner with Sales and Demand Gen on pre‑ and post‑event campaigns.
Community Management
- Revive, lead, and grow the customer/prospect community.
- Create engagement programs, facilitate discussions, and connect customers, prospects, and advocates.
- Build relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders.
- Drive participation in webinars, eBooks, social campaigns, and live sessions.
Special Project – Rebrand & Website Reskin
- Lead development of the new brand messaging framework (value proposition, tone, voice).
- Own website content and messaging updates with narrative and SEO alignment.
- Audit and update all existing collateral (decks, one‑pagers, case studies, event materials).
Qualifications

- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
- Experience supporting brand refresh, website content, or messaging initiatives.
- Proficiency with AI‑assisted content and creative tools.
- Strong project management, coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Comfortable operating as a senior, hands‑on IC in a lean, fast‑paced environment.
