About the Role

Join a 24/7 operations team ensuring smooth broadcast and on-air performance. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, maintain system health, and collaborate with experts to keep networks running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to outage calls and lead initial troubleshooting.
• Perform system health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Analyze and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Implement OS security updates.
• Document procedures and processes.
• Work with vendors and internal teams on complex problems.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in live broadcast or on-air environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with SDI, IP, and TS test equipment.
• Knowledge of video transmission and compression (SDI, ASI, MPEG-2/4, SMPTE-2110, SRT).
• BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.

Nice to Have

• Hands‑on experience with platforms like Imagine SNP, Appear X, Evertz, Miranda, RTS.
• Ability to document systems and develop maintenance/change procedures.
