Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced learning leader who excels in driving strategic education initiatives unlocking new opportunities for partner success and wants to shape the future of advertising education. This person will be instrumental in accelerating adoption, improving partner capabilities, and building integrated learning journeys across key enterprise clients and agency/tech partners and relevant stakeholders internationally. Content, curriculum development and distribution methods make up this integrated role. This role will partner closely with product marketing, sales, go‑to‑market, partner enablement and internal AdTech teams to drive measurable business impact through education.
Key Job Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own the global learning strategy across different audience levels and stakeholder types, inclusive of content & curriculum.
- Build comprehensive learning paths incorporating online, offline, and certification programs.
- Drive personalized learning experiences to engage multiple decision‑makers across target accounts.
- Segment and prioritize educational needs based on partner businesses, enterprise needs, market demands, and strategic alignment.
Execution & Orchestration
- Lead the design and development of creative, learner‑centered training materials across multiple modalities.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to build consistent and effective AI‑driven learning experiences.
- Oversee creation of learning content, assessment methods, and certification programs.
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) implementation.
Insights & Optimization
- Track and measure learning outcomes, program effectiveness, and ROI.
- Use data to continuously improve learning programs and content.
- Serve as a voice of partners/learners internally to inform product education strategy.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
- Experience managing teams.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading across multiple locales.
- MBA.
Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $140,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $232,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
