In this hands‑on leadership position, you’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director to craft compelling social and digital content that cuts through the noise. Your expertise will steer high‑volume creative initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across multiple platforms, from TikTok to YouTube Shorts. Required Skills:

• 7+ years of agency or digital creative experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, social content, and platform-specific performance work
• Proficiency in Figma (focused on graphic design for social/digital) and full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
• Deep understanding of platform nuances for performance creative across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta, and more
• Automotive account experience (Tier 3) is a MUST
