Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Requirements (Must Haves):

• Expertise in typography and color theory
• Experience with AI tools (Google Suite, Microsoft) for generating art and animations
• Proven track record of games deployed in the field
• Ability to convert math concepts into visuals and enhance game mechanics
• Proficiency in both 2D and 3D design
• Past Experience within the Casino Gaming/iGaming industry
• Willingness to relocate to Austin

Technical Skills:

• Unity experience (highly preferred)
• C++ / C# knowledge

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities
• Ability to take direction and feedback constructively

Plusses:

• Strong animation skills and creative vision

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in-office ~2 days/week; flexible remote otherwise
• Participate in game reviews, brainstorming sessions, and idea exchanges
